“In
our legal system,
vigorous, well-prepared
and effective advocacy
is of service to the
courts in presenting
fully the various
sides of the issues
that come before them.
The Supreme Court
of Canada is a unique
forum that presents
unique challenges
for counsel. We welcome
the Supreme Court
Advocacy Institute's
contribution to the
Supreme Court of Canada
and to the public
by providing both
novice and experienced
counsel with a forum
in which to refine
their advocacy.”
